Firearms[]

Firearms are plentiful in the vast desert around Mexico, here is the list of all the weapons that Ramiro will use during his stay in the towns.

Handgun: Beretta 92FS. Your standard issue semi-automatic pistol. Has a 10 round capacity.

Heavy Handgun: Smith & Wesson Model 500 revolver. A powerful revolver type weapon. Has a 6 round capacity.

Rifle: Lever Action Rifle. It's a basic rifle commonly used at gun clubs and as home protection. Has a 10 round capacity.

Hunting Rifle: Widely used to eradicate pests like Foxes, Wolves, Snitches, Gringo Agents... Has a 5 round capacity.

Sawed-Off Shotgun: Sawed-Off Double Barrel Shotgun. A popular close quarters weapon that passes through enemies like if they were made with butter. Has a 2 cartridge capacity.

Combat Shotgun: Remington 870 Shotgun. Has a higher accuracy than the sawed-off and greater ammo capacity. Has a 6 cartridge capacity.

Submachine Gun: Ingram MAC-10. Very useful for single-handed use. Awesome firepower in a pistol-sized weapon. Fully automatic and has a 30 round capacity.

Military SMG: Heckler & Koch MP5A3. More accurate and powerful than the MAC-10, very popular with law and order. Fully automatic and has a 20 round capacity.

Assault Rifle: AK-47. Created by the Soviets. Also known as "Kalashnikov" or just "AK". chambered for the 7.62×39mm cartridge. is a strong kind of Assault Rifle. Fully automatic and has a 30 round capacity.

Modern Assault Rifle: M16A2. Created by the United States. A 5.56×45mm automatic rifle. Fully automatic and has a 20 round capacity.

Heavy Weapons[]

The heavy weapons in Total Overdose can make any up to date massacre look like a small crime. With the heavy weapons you can be sure to leave the battlefield as the winner, but be warned. They have a low rate of fire and a small amount of ammo.

Grenade Launcher: M79 Grenade Launcher. Break-barrel loaded, shoulder fired antipersonnel grenade launcher.

Rocket Launcher: Carl Gustav M3 Recoilless Rifle. Ideal for eliminating large vehicles or major hoods.


Thrown Explosives[]

Thrown explosives can cause widespread carnage in a big group of banditos. Be careful they don't blow up in your face.

Molotov Cocktail: This gasoline-filled bottle causes vicious burns.

Dynamite Stick: Packs a power punch. Don't hold on too long....

Grenade: M26 Hand Grenade. A fragmentation hand grenade developed by the United States military. Don't eat this pineapple. If thrown well, it'll leave hoods with a nasty taste.

Throw Power Meter — Lets you visually judge how much power to put into the throw. Practice at the Pistoleros Asociados with unlimited ordnance.

Melée Weapons[]

A variety of implements are available if you run out of ammo or want to get up close and personal. You can only carry one, so the last one you picked up is the one you'll use. All melée weapons inflict very high damage but can only be used at very close range

Rake: A rake with two bent spikes, but it is still useful for work and to give an enemy a good scratch.

Shovel: A slightly rusty shovel but never useless, It is still useful for digging and hitting someone.

Baseball bat:A thin but rigid wooden stick, used for sports such as baseball or combat.

Ironbar:A Piece of iron with some pieces on top, apparently it was torn off,It broke or was alone.

Machete:A tool used to cut wood, meat and bodies, it is the most powerful weapon in the game and the most difficult to Find.

Unarmed Combat[]

Sometimes, when weapons are thin on the ground or you're in very close quarters, close combat techniques are required. The close combat move that Ram uses depends on the angle Ram is at in relation to an enemy. He can execute different punches, jabs, elbow smashes, head butts and kicks, so practice from all angles.
